Cozy room, excellent bathroom with tea and coffee facilities, ideal location to Atocha train station, making it easy to explore the city's cultural highlights.

Overall, the hotel is lovely with excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The location is perfect for museum visits. However, the room could use some heating improvements as it got chilly at night, which was disappointing for an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Utilize the complimentary spa access to unwind after your arrival, especially if your room isn't ready right away.

I loved being just a few steps from the Prado National Museum and only a short walk to the bustling Puerta del Sol, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable and effortless. the friendly staff also made the stay even better, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt just right.

The hotel was cozy with a lovely indoor pool and a stunning view of the fountain. The spacious room has modern decor.

The location couldn’t be better, right across from a stunning museum and surrounded by little cafes! The breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially the French toast that was to die for! Plus, the quick, attentive service from the staff made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends! The location was perfect for exploring Lavapiés and checking out some local flamenco shows. The room was spacious and the hotel had great amenities. Breakfast was decent, and staff were nice. Highly recommend checking out the nearby markets and getting to know the city vibe more intimately.

I had a lovely stay at Radisson Blu. The location couldn't be better. walking distance to the Prado Museum and other attractions makes it super convenient. The room was modern with nice amenities, clean, and well-appointed. Breakfast was excellent. The variety was satisfying, and the scrambled eggs were memorable. However, I encountered a few issues. The elevators sometimes malfunctioned, which meant I had to use the stairs frequently. It wasn’t fun with all my luggage. Also, there was limited sitting space outside the restaurant, making it hard to relax during breakfast rush. One day, I had no hot water for several hours. that was frustrating. Despite these inconveniences, the overall quality of the room and the friendly staff made it a decent stay.

The impeccable attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere created a memorable experience. Having access to an early breakfast cart was a delightful surprise during our stay.

The spacious room was a delight, with clean sheets and a lovely balcony view. Enjoyed some much-needed relaxation in the spa, especially the warm Turkish bath and soothing head massage. Just a heads up, it would’ve been nice to have more towel racks in the bathroom, but that didn't take away from the overall great experience. 😊

had a lovely 5-night stay at radisson blu. the hotel was clean and charming, in a great location close to attractions. my room was super comfortable and quiet, which helped me sleep well. the breakfast offered delicious options, and the strong wi-fi was a plus. gaston and wendy really stood out with their kindness!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the beautifully decorated room and the amazing rainfall shower. The room was cozy, exactly as I pictured it, and I was surprised by the lovely view it offered. I'd gladly return!
